Physical activity can also benefit in terms of cost of treatment since it is economical and can result to great deal of financial savings. Medications for hypertension, high lipid levels and diabetes can be reduced as well. You do not need to go to the gym or have the latest equipments to have an effective exercise.

Common places like parks, school grounds and sports complex can be a venue for your physical activity. Try brisk walking around the park and enjoy the view of nature.
